The Man Behind the Journey

This Is My Covenant

I am an ordained deacon of the Catholic Church, a husband, a father, and a man who looked in the mirror one day and understood with absolute clarity that what he saw was not who God made him to be.

This is not a self-improvement project. This is an act of worship. I am doing it in public because I believe that what God does in one life, He will do in many. If you are reading this and something stirs in you — that is the Holy Spirit, not coincidence.

Every week I show you what I eat, how I train, and what God is teaching me through the suffering and the surrender. I will not edit out the hard weeks. I will not pretend it is easy. And I will not stop until Day 400.
